‘Overwatch 2’ and ‘Diablo IV’ have been delayed indefinitely

Activision Blizzard is formerly again delaying Overwatch 2 and Diablo IV. Following months of bouleversement at its Blizzard Entertainment attachment stemming from a sexual importunity action the State of California filed in July, the publisher blazoned during its recent third- quarter 2021 earnings call that it’s pushing those games back to give the brigades working on them further time.

“While we’re still planning to deliver a substantial quantum of content from Blizzard coming time, we’re now planning for a after launch for Overwatch 2 and Diablo IV than firstly imaged,”the company said It didn’t partake a revised release date for either title.”These opinions will push will push the fiscal uplift that we had anticipated to see coming time,”Activision said.”But we’re confident that’s the right course of action for our people, our players, and the long- term successes of our votes.”

Blizzard unveiled Overwatch 2 and Diablo IV at Blizzcon 2019. At the time, the plant made it clear that both games were in early development, but the anticipation was that it would release them eventually in 2021. Activision dashed those expedients at the launch of the time when it said neither title would come out in 2021.
